Dunes Equity Membership Dunes Equity Members are entitled to full use of the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, dining, and social facilities of the Club. Dunes Members will not be required to pay greens fees for use of the golf facilities and are entitled to vote (as defined in the By-Laws). Other benefits of the Dunes Equity Membership include the following: · An annual Four-Round Guest Pass for the course · A 10% discount once per month on a merchandise purchase in the Pro shop · The ability to reserve tee times and tennis court times up to nine days in advance · The annual Traditions Card (which offers one free appetizer, half-price on one bottle of wine Tuesday through Thursday evenings and half price on “Lunch for Two” the first Tuesday of each month.) Equity Contribution Fee: $3000 Dunes Members are able to pay $500 annually at 0% until equity is paid in full. (Equity is refunded when it is resold as defined in the By-Laws) Family Monthly Dues: $445.16 Family Quarterly Food Minimum: $175.00 Single Monthly Dues: $373.89 Singe Quarterly Food Minimum: $131.25 Intermediate Members (Dunes Equity ages 33-39) are entitled to full use of the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, dining and social facilities of the Club. Intermediate Members will not be required to pay greens fees for use of the golf facilities and are entitled to vote (as defined in the By-Laws). Sioux Members are able to use the tennis facilities with a seven-day sign-up privilege and will not be charged court fees. Sioux Members are able to use the golf facilities Monday through Friday with tee times up to two days in advance and on weekends (on a space available basis) with a one-day advance notice. Sioux Members shall pay green and golf cart fees. Each Sioux Member is entitled to vote (as defined in the By-Laws). Equity Contribution Fee: $2500 (Equity is refunded when it is resold as defined in the By-Laws) Family Monthly Dues: $290.00 Family Quarterly Food Minimum: $175.00 Single Monthly Dues: $238.98 Single Quarterly Food Minimum: $131.25 Missouri Equity Membership Missouri Equity (Social) Members are entitled to full use of the tennis, swimming, fitness dining and social facilities of the Club. Missouri Members shall not be permitted to use the golf facilities of the Club, except as the guest of a member (limited to five times per year). Equity Contribution Fee: $500.00 (Equity is refunded when it is resold as defined in the By-Laws) Family Monthly Dues: $193.97 Family Quarterly Food Minimum: $175.00 Single Monthly Dues: $156.77 Single Quarterly Food Minimum: $131.25 Out-of-Town Membership Out of town members are entitled to full golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, dining and social activities of the Club. Out of Town Members are able to reserve tee times up to five days in advance and will not be required to pay greens or tennis court fees for use of the golf and tennis facilities. Out of Town Members shall pay cart fees. An Out-of Town Member is classified as those permanently residing at least 60 miles from the Dakota Dunes. Initiation Fee: $1000 + tax (Non refundable upon registration) Family Monthly Dues: $153.64 Family Quarterly Food Minimum: not applicable Single Monthly Dues: 153.64 Single Quarterly Food Minimum: not applicable Corporate Membership Dunes Equity Corporate Membership This membership consists of one equity member and up to five other non-equity memberships. The equity member will be considered a full Dunes Member with all the benefits and privileges previously stated. The other non-equity memberships will be considered “riders” under the corporate membership. Riders may consist of Dunes, Sioux or Missouri non-equity members. Equity Contribution Fee: $6000.
